What is the reasoning behind the redirect for this link directing to 2024 Copa América#Teams instead of 2023–24 CONCACAF Nations League#League A? Even though we don't yet know the exact details of how those playoff, we know that it will be done through CNL qualifying, and leaving the redirect as is just leaves links on 2024 Copa América that redirects to itself. It seems to me to make more sense to direct it to CNL League A. Jay eyem (talk) 22:03, 26 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Because although related, the qualifying playoffs are a separate competition from the Nations League. RedBlueGreen93 00:30, 27 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
I am not sure where else you would put it though. It will probably be able to have its own article in time once we have more details, but since the Play-in round links on 2024 Copa América re-direct to the same section itself, it isn't really helpful. Maybe it would be best to remove those links for the time being until there is an article of its own? Jay eyem (talk) 02:06, 27 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah that would probably be the best course of action for now. RedBlueGreen93 01:16, 28 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Minor edit

[edit]

First of all, thank you for your edit transitioning the Cascadia Cup article from 2023 to the 2024 season. However, your lack of edit summary and tagging of the changes as a minor edit while facially removing almost 3kb of information was particularly unhelpful for those who have the page watchlisted. Please refamiliarize yourself with what constitutes a Help:Minor edit and remember to include an edit summary in order to help other editors collaborate with you on the maintenance of articles. My mistake, I will remember to do that next time. Thanks, RedBlueGreen93 20:56, 2 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
