The Outcasts, also known as Scabs and Outlaws, are the main antagonists is the Starhawk video game.

The Outcasts have been noted to look for and seek any form of rift energy, as was the case that when they fought against both Emmett Graves and Logan Graves, turning them both into Outcasts, however Emmett was able to keep his humanity.
The Outlaw later sent his Scab army to look for Ruft energy and kill any Rifters around, most of them were destroyed by Emmett Graves. They later went to Logan's old home planet to try and turn some of the inhabitants into themselves. Emmett than went to a Scab hidout and destroyed the area, wher he later fought some suvivers and even his possessed brother. A giant rift monster them appeared after Jogan was defeated and Emmett as well as some allies fought against it until a rift well was placed on it.
For a time, you could play as the Outcasts online to fight against the rifters, however this was dicontinued back in 2017.
Playstation All-Stars Battle Royale[]
Both the Outlaw skins are avalable for both Sweet Tooth and Emmett Graves, also an Outlaw DLC minion is avalable.
Powers and Abilities[]
- Combat: The Outcasts know how to fight with various weapons.
- Technology: The Outcasts can use various machines in battles, such as the Hawks, Bunkers and Jetpacks.
