zabbix_server crash and can't be restarted until killing ha manager

      Every once in a while zabbix_server would crash (sample related log attached), leaving a single process zabbix_server: ha manager behind.

      Without killing -9 that process, it's impossible to do systemctl restart zabbix-server (it would timeout).

      Therefore, the Restart=on-failure of its systemd unit is useless, unfortunately.
