The Rising Kick (ライジング・キック Raijingu Kikku?) is one of Rashid's unique attacks, introduced in Street Fighter 6.

Description[]
Executed by pressing Medium Punch, followed by Heavy Kick, Rashid jabs his opponent with his elbow. If the first attack connects, Rashid then performs an upward heel kick, launching his opponent high.
Tactics[]
This move is Rashid's only target combo in Street Fighter 6. It can be cancelled into Rashid's special moves such as OD Arabian Cyclone. It can also be cancelled into his Super Art. Both attacks form a true blockstring. Even when blocked, Rashid can cancel into Light Spinning Mixer to make it difficult for the opponent to punish.
