Description[]
Executed by performing two quarter-circle back motions and pressing kick, Ken sets his back foot ablaze delivers a sidekick to his opponent that sends them tumbling high in the air if it hits. Ken then leaps toward the opponent and follows up a couple more Dragonlash Kicks, finishing them off with a final dragon kick. Ken kicks through the opponent and lands on the other side of the stage as they tumble in the air and crash back on the ground.
Tactics[]
Dragonlash Flame is mainly used to end combos, resulting in a side switch. This makes it useful to put the opponent back in the corner and allows Ken to maintain offensive pressure. After hitting the opponent with this move, he can dash forward and put them in a guessing situation. He can follow up with a throw, overhead, or a low attack to inflict more damage and keep the opponent on their heels. Dragonlash Flame is invincible to strikes and throws at the startup frames. It can be cancelled from most of Ken's normals. If the opponent blocks the first kick, then the remaining three follow-up kicks won't come out. Additionally, Ken is -24 on block, making him vulnerable for the opponent to launch a counterattack.
