I want to buy the game and get 100% achievements. Is the base game enough or do I need the Year One Edition?

Have completed Dirt5 a while ago (7/10) and i wonder is DIRT 5 Year One Edition DLC worth 14,99 euros? Are there new tracks in this DLC?

So I download the steam/Dirt 5 3.0 update. I start the game which takes forever to load. I go into the new Energy content to play the tracks. I get to track 5 and as soon as I get into the track, the game freezes and goes back to the Dirt 5 home page. It starts saving and then allows me back into the game again!!!!...

hi, i can't find any info about the crossplay. anyone have some informations? especially between ps5 and pc? regards
