July 13, 2023 04:48 PDT[Investigating] We are currently investigating the cause of a player drop that has affected numerous countries - specifically in Eastern Asia. The issue has subsided but we are continuing our efforts.July 13, 2023 06:25 PDT[Resolved] This issue had resolved almost immediately - the initial drop was at 4:20am PDT and had recovered by 4:30am PDT. We have finished our investigation and found the cause to be with unexpected loads in Traffic. We will continue with additional preventative measures.
