Sometimes, the Ewoks of Bright Tree Village ran across the Endorian rivers on board rafts. The young ladies Princess Kneesaa a Jari Kintaka and her friend Latara sometimes ran on board a raft, when they had no chores to do.[2]
On one occasion, Princess Kneesaa, Teebo, and Latara used a raft to search for their friend Wicket Wystri Warrick, who went alone to fight a hanadak, an Endorian predatory primates.[3]
In 22 ABY, Jedi trainees Anakin Solo and Tahiri Veila, along with R2D2, used a metal raft to travel to the Palace of the Woolamander on Yavin 4. The children were guided by a prophetic dream, along with telepathic communication from the Jedi Master Ikrit. Due to a powerful storm that quickly rose while they were on the water, the two risked drowning but were saved by R2D2 and their own burgeoning powers.[4]
