"Lap Steel" was composed by Nicolas Carr. It features five short stings being played on a lap steel guitar which usually play during transitions and time cards. The first part is included twice, low-pitched and slowed down the first time, while the fifth part is the fourth part, artificially pitched up, and currently remains unused in the show.
The second part is a sound-alike to "Hawaiian Link (A)" and is the most commonly used part. It has a version with reverb, an additional drum hit and a semitone higher pitch titled "Nude Sting." "Lap Steel-1." is the unedited file trimmed to only include the second part.
There are two versions of the second part which are low-pitched by a semitone and have reverb added to them, "P Steeltrnsition" and "Lap Steel-spce_01."
"Hokus Pokus End Sting" features Lap Steel, a harp gliss, chimes and a gong. "Lap Steel and Going" features an additional gong sound.
The second part is also included in "Shopping Spree. Full Mix" and "Bluesy Bender." A pitch-shifted edit of "Lap Steel-1." is "LAP STEEL Umbrella Loop."
