Billy,[1] also known as Incidental 158, one of the kids playing in sand (along with the other kid playing in sand), and the kid w/ beanie[2][3], is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Prehibernation Week." He is likely classified as a kid-type incidental.
Description[]
He is a short light brown fish with a triangular light yellow dorsal fin. He wears a light yellow sweater with red snow pants along with indigo boots. He also wears a light blue snow cap, mittens, and a scarf.

He wears a blue and yellow colored beanie with a blue propeller on top. He also wears a red T-shirt and no pants.
Alternate design of the kid w/ beanie.
He also has an alternate design that first appeared in "Feral Friends" where he wears a blue cap instead of a beanie and wears reddish-brown pants. He also has greenish-yellow arms and legs as well.

Billy is the only generic name Incidental 158 was given in the franchise. It was used in "Squirrel Jokes" for the kid w/ beanie.

- In "The Inmates of Summer," an unclearly-individually-identified five from the role call sheet of the Sun-N-Fun Island troops containing Incidentals 67KID, 73KID, 100, 101, 103, 108, 109, 152, 158, and one of the octopus quintuplets are named Matty Mollusk, Billy Blenny, Percy Perch, Tom Tarpon, and Lois Flatfish.

Billy has made a few appearances in the series. He has made a fair amount of notable and speaking roles as well as minor ones. He is regularly portrayed to be a kid in most episodes. He also has an alternate variant known as the "kid w/ beanie" who has also made many appearances throughout the series. He was firstly designed to be a kid on Sand Mountain creating a snowman.

The kid w/ beanie is in a super market then when he walks up to Sandy and then his mother tells him not to talk to squirrels on account of catching their "stupidity."
