Incidental 93, is an incidental character who first appears in the episode "Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy." She is likely classified as an elderly-type incidental.
Description[]
Evolution of Incidental 93's default design.
She is lavender and has light bluish-white hair. She wears a light blue dress, oval-shaped glasses, black boots, and red lipstick. In her older appearances, her lips had a black outline instead of their default dark red outline.

Incidental 93 has been given two one time generic names throughout the franchise:
- In "Party Pooper Pants," a green-haired yellow Incidental 93 is named Miss Shell as a kindergarten teacher.
- In The Cosmic Shake, she is a witch named Twitchy the Witchy.

- In Operation Krabby Patty, a yellow Incidental 93 is nicknamed Sea Hag.
Role in series[]
Incidental 93 is a not too commonly used incidental character due to her normally being portrayed as a resident of Shady Shoals Rest Home, though she has made a decent amount of notable and speaking roles. She makes her biggest role yet in the short "Crossing the Street" as the elderly lady that SpongeBob helps catch a bus.

She falls for this at first but is later seen informing Prison guard 2 about Mr. Krabs, causing him to run off.

She is one of the ladies that tries to catch the bouquet that Cashina tosses and then cries when Patrick swallows it.

She is seen at a table at the Bikini Bottom Mall with Incidental 92 and Incidental 87.

She is seen receiving Nutty Butter from Sandy.

She is one of the old ladies who enjoy watching the Angry old timer fly around the rest home at the end of the episode.

She appears at the Krusty Krab where she impatiently claims that she and Incidental 92 need eating utensils. She later appears as one of the difficult customers that Squidward deals with and lastly appears running out of the Krusty Krab when SpongeBob's slices get shredded in the fan.

Twitchy the Witchy is the main antagonist of the Medieval Sulfur Fields world. While SpongeBob and Patrick explore the Medieval Sulfur Fields world, she requires SpongeBob to collect pre-aging cream. SpongeBob gives the cream to her and fixes the magic bubble wand. She later appears at Princess Pearl Krabs' party as a boss. SpongeBob gives the people the cake to defeat her. Then she is defeated and SpongeBob, Patrick, and Pearl return to Bikini Bottom. She later makes a potion out of potion ingredients to get Gary back to normal.

- Her eyes are seen in the episode "Neptune's Spatula" and she has a masculine voice when she says "Holy smokes!"
