- Mobian Megawhale:[15] A species of non-anthropomorphic whale. Not much is known of this animal, although the Royal Hedgehog Crest compares the Sand Snakes of Hamarapi to Mobian Megawhales in size. Given their namesake, the species is most likely a type of large whale.[15]
- Mobian Muskrat:[16] A species of rodents native to Mobius. According to Sleet, Mobian Muskrats are extremely stupid, but any demonstrative evidence of this statement is unknown.[16]

- Marsh of Melador:[17] An area outside of Robotropolis. After reuniting after years of being apart, the Sonic Underground left Robotropolis, with the Marsh of Melador being one of the locations they traveled through upon their departure.[17]

- Royal Seal of Mobius:[18] is the royal seal of the Hedgehog Dynasty. The Sonic Underground once went into Robotropolis' sewers in search for the seal, believing it had been hidden there by Dr. Robotnik. However, they did not find it.[18] As a result, it is unknown what the seal actually looks like.

- Miss Mordue:[20] A human who works as the Thorndyke family's cook at their summer cottage. In the present day, it is implied that, like all the other inhabitants of her town, she was possessed by a ghost during King Boom Boo's stay in town.[20]
- Miss Westerly[21] (ウェンディ先生 Uendi Sensei?, lit. "Miss Wendy"): the former teacher of Christopher Thorndyke's class at Station Square Elementary School. During the semester, Miss Westerly took a leave of absence from teaching, resulting in Mister Stewart becoming the substitute teacher of her class for the remainder of the semester.[21]

- Egypt[24] (Sonic X): A country located on Earth. After successfully stealing Nelson Thorndyke's space shuttle, Eggman ordered Decoe and Bocoe to take the Egg Carrier to Egypt, saying that he and Bokkun would make it there in the space shuttle.[19]
- Siberia:[24] A location in the northern hemisphere of Earth.[24]
- Silver Star Retirement Home:[26] A retirement home on Earth for the elderly people. Upon the request of Nelson Thorndyke, several members of the Silver Star Retirement Home left to tutor Sonic and his friends in relaxation while they were on a cruise.[26]

- Yamato University:[27] A university that was once attended by Mr. Tanaka. In the past, Mister Tanaka attended Yamato University as a student, where he partook in Dr. Cadberry's classes.[27]

- Doctor Eggman[33] (Morpho's dimension): Dr. Eggman's counterpart from a parallel dimension. A genius-leveled robot engineer and designer, this Eggman created a shapeshifting robot named Morpho. However, he eventually had an accident that caused his entire dimension to blow up. The Sonic Boom World Eggman has described him as a "dunce".[33] Whether or not this Eggman survived the destruction of his dimension is unknown.
- Eggfan91
- Eggman[34] (Doctor Eggman's father): The father of the world-renowned supervillain Dr. Eggman, who was seemingly named after him.[34] Not much is known about Eggman, although his son made some desperate attempts in the past to earn his approval.[35] According to his son, Eggman was a very oppressive man.[36]
- Gigglesnorts:[37] An improve troupe that Dr. Eggman was once a member of. Exercises they would play included "Zip, Zap or Zop" to practice how to think fast.[37]
- Lamebot:[31] A robot created by Dr. Eggman and is considered one of the lamest creations the doctor has come up with, hence its name. Team Sonic has shown some familiarity with Lamebot, though the nature of their relationship is unknown.[31]

However, because Rock Transport Bot relies on the lair for a steady power flow. it means that if the lair runs out of power, then so will Rock Transport Bot.[32]

- Sea Witch: A female hippopotamus mentioned in Sonic Boom: Rise of Lyric. She is the mother of Salty and Pepper. As implied by her name and Amy, the Sea Witch is not exactly a lovely person. When Sonic first heard of the Sea Witch, he mistook her for Pepper's boat. It is implied by Pepper that it is a common misassumption.

- Tannous:[40] The uncle of Miles "Tails" Prower's neighbor. When suffering from insomnia, Tannous has a habit trying to fluff his pillow to get comfortable and then get up for a drink of water.[40]

- Casino Night Zone[41] (Sonic Boom): An unspecified region on earth. At some point, Dr. Eggman spent a weekend in Casino Night Zone, but cannot remember what he did during his trip. Allegedly, Eggman did something so unmentionable that Cubot later insisted it remained confidential.[41]
- Danger Falls:[42] An area on Seaside Island which, as its name implies, is dangerous to cross over without the proper survival skills. Supposedly, it lies on route to Hidden Meadows.[42]
- Doomsday Bunker:[43] Sticks the Badger's personal bunker for hiding from apocalyptic events (which she has yet to use). Deeming Sonic's Mech Suit unstoppable, Sticks prepared to hide in her Doomsday Bunker. However, her plans were dashed when Tails found a way to stop the mech suit.[43]
- Guatamañana: A tropical nation located somewhere on Earth, presumably far from Seaside Island. The nation was at some point involved in some sort of military conflict, as Mighton claims to have been stationed there with his former platoon. It is most likely based off the real-life country of Guatemala.
- Hazard Jungle:[42] A region on Seaside Island which, as its name implies, is dangerous to travel through without the proper survival skills. Supposedly, it lies on route to Hidden Meadows.[42]

- E-107 Theta[57] (Light Mobius): The Light Mobius counterpart of Mobius Prime's E-107 Theta. E-107 Theta was allegedly stated to be one of the most "dangerous threats on Mobius" by Sally Acorn. Because of this, it was quarantined inside the catacombs of Castle Mobius along with the Anarchy Beryl Bomb, Tikhaos, and Shadow the Hedgehog.[57]
- E-108 Iota[68] (pre-Super Genesis Wave): The ninth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station in the Northern Tundra by E-102 Gamma, who destroyed it and freed its mobini battery.[68]
- E-109 Kappa[68] (Pre-Super Genesis Wave): The tenth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station at the Snottingham stronghold by E-102 Gamma, who destroyed it and freed its mobini battery.[68]
- E-110 Lambda[68] (Pre-Super Genesis Wave): The eleventh unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station on the Efrikan continent by E-102 Gamma, whom Lambda fled from for eighty-three hours before ending up getting destroyed by Gamma, which freed its mobini battery.[68]
- E-111 Mu:[68] The twelfth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station outside Mazuri, which it shared with E-112 Nu, by E-102 Gamma, who destroyed both of them and freed their mobini batteries.[68]
- E-112 Nu:[68] The thirteenth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station outside Mazuri, which it shared with E-111 Mu, by E-102 Gamma, who destroyed both of them and freed their mobini batteries.[68]
- E-113 Xi[68] (Pre-Super Genesis Wave): The fourteenth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station on the Yurashia/Efrika border by E-102 Gamma, who destroyed it and freed its mobini battery. After the battle Gamma surmised his creator was actively trying to destroy him.[68]
- E-114 Omicron:[68] The fifteenth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was ambushed by E-102 Gamma in a mountainous region of Yurashia. Omicron forced Gamma to hide with an aerial bombardment, attacking for 163.5 hours until its ammunition was depleted, whereupon Gamma destroyed it and freed its mobini battery.[68]
- E-115 Pi:[68] The sixteenth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station in the Great Crater by E-102 Gamma, who destroyed it and freed its mobini battery.[68]
- E-116 Rho:[68] The sixteenth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it ambushed E-102 Gamma from the ocean during the latter's return from Yurashia. In the end, Gamma destroyed Rho and freed its mobini battery.[68]
- E-117 Sigma:[68] The eighteenth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station in Old Megaopolis by E-102 Gamma, who fought him. During the battle Gamma was infected with Zero Viruses, causing it to receive multiple liberation confirmations, but it continued its pursuit of Sigma regardless and destroyed it, freeing its mobini battery.[68] E-117 Sigma possessing the Zero Virus is a reference to the Mega Man X character Sigma, who was affected by the Zero Virus, a sub virus of the Maverick Virus in the Mega Man X universe.
- E-118 Tau:[68] The nineteenth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to its station in a mountainous region of the Dragon Kingdom by E-102 Gamma, who destroyed it and freed its mobini battery.[68]
- E-119 Upsilon:[68] The twentieth unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was eventually tracked to the Battle Fortress by E-102 Gamma, who interrupted Upsilon's meeting with Battle Bird Armada and destroyed it, thus freeing its mobini battery.[68]
- E-120 Phi:[68] The twenty-first unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was, according to the Eggnet, eventually destroyed and had its mobini battery freed. Due to memory damage however, E-102 Gamma has no recollection of this happening.[68] In Sonic Battle, the robot designated as Phi was named E-121 rather than E-120. According to Ian Flynn, this mis-numbering is the in-universe reason for Gamma's memory error.
- E-121 Chi:[68] The twenty-second unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it was, according to the Eggnet, eventually destroyed and had its mobini battery freed. Due to memory damage however, E-102 Gamma has no recollection of this happening.[68] In Sonic Battle, the robot designated as Phi was named E-121 rather than E-120. According to Ian Flynn, this mis-numbering is the in-universe reason for Gamma's memory error.
- E-122 Psi:[68] The twenty-third unit in the E-100 Series, created by Dr. Eggman. Created sometime between 3236 and 3237, it presented itself to E-102 Gamma in Deerwood Forest and surrendered itself to Gamma, who destroyed it and freed its mobini battery. This act made Gamma experience surprise, pity, and a new variant of regret for the first time, which he logged into his databanks.[68]
