Edward E. "Ted" Kaufman (born March 15, 1939) is an American politician. He was a U.S. Senator from Delaware.[1] He used to work for Joe Biden[2] when Biden was a Senator. Kaufman replaced Biden as Senator when Biden became Vice President of the United States in 2009.
