Exor N.V. is a holding company whick works under the Italian Agnelli family.[2][3] It is headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Exor was founded on July 27, 1927 by Giovanni Agnelli. The first name was Istituto Finanziario Industriale.

In 1957, the company was acquired by IFI.

The French name Exor appeared in 2008 after the merger of IFI and IFIL.[4]

In 2017, the company started Investor Day event which occured in Turin, Italy.[5][6]
