Jonathan Scott Frakes (n. 19 august 1952, Bellefonte, Pennsylvania) este un actor american, autor și regizor, cel mai cunoscut pentru interpretarea rolului Comandor William T. Riker în franciza Star Trek și pentru rolul său de gazdă al emisiunii Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction (1998–2002).
A regizat episodul „The Discarded” al serialului Masters of Science Fiction din 2007, episod bazat pe o povestire omonimă de Harlan Ellison.
