Data is protected in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and stored on secure servers.

Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the glossary for the Terms of Use or as described in the Privacy Policy (if directly apparent from the description).

In order to make the Privacy Policy more accessible, the term “User” is replaced with “you” and the term “Data Controller” with “We”. The term “GDPR” (General Data Protection Regulation) refers to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

§.2. Data Controller

The Service Provider is the Data Controller of its customers. This means that if you fill out the form on our website, we process your data, such as name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, IP address. If you only visit our website, the data we process includes your IP address, browser type and language, screen resolution, and operating system.

Personal data are processed:

a. in compliance with data protection laws,
b. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to conclude the Agreement, shape its content, amend or terminate it and properly carry out Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes). The processing does not infringe on the rights and freedoms of the data subject: to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by you if you filled out the contact form.

Each data subject (if we are their Data Controller) has the right to demand access, rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to object to the processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

The Service Provider has the right to share the User’s personal and other data with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g., law enforcement agencies). The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of you withdrawing consent or lodging a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.

The Service Provider does not share personal data with entities other than those authorized under applicable law. We encrypt data and make use of data security systems.

Personal data is processed by persons exclusively authorized by us or by data processors (Google Inc., Facebook, Hotjar) with whom we work closely.

§.3. Cookies
