Sino Phoenix is one of the main antagonists of Oda's one-shot, Wanted!.[1]

Sino is a middle-aged man with light colored short hair, and a stubble on his chin and upper lip. He wears a large cowboy hat that was tied under his chin, and a light colored suit with a light shirt and dark tie. He also wears dark sunglasses.[1]
Personality[]
He is a hitman who always got his kill, and does not seem to care about the murders or crimes he was doing. He is also willing to work for the police.

Sino is a very famous mercenary due to his impressive shooting skills.
History[]
Sino is gunned down by Gill Bastar.
He was a famous hitman, who was said to the best. The police hired Sino to kill Gill Bastar, who had been killing too many people, in order to prevent more victims in the future.
Upon being challenged by Gill (who was being possessed by Wild Joe), Sino accepted the challenge, and had a fierce gunfight with Gill. Sino quickly managed to push Gill on the defensive and grazed his left arm with a bullet. However, Gill managed to hide himself and used rocks and barrels to mislead Sino on his whereabouts before successfully shooting Sino from a rooftop. The injured Sino attempted to get back up, but Gill delivered the final blow by shooting down a barrel that landed on Sino.

- A poster of Sino with a monetary value is taped to the wall of the bar where Gill and Wild Joe encounter him. It is unclear if this is a wanted poster as it lacks the usual "WANTED" label. It is also possible that is a poster advertising his services as a hitman, which would mean that his rate is
