The throne is a customizable houseware furniture item in Animal Crossing: New Horizons introduced in the 2.0 Free Update. The player is able to sit on this item.

The throne can be obtained from either Nook's Cranny for 800,000 Bells or the Paradise Planning office for 720,000 Poki, making it the most expensive houseware item and furniture item in general. The item's fabric color pattern can be customized either by using 40 customization kits or by Cyrus at Harv's Island for 32,000 Bells. The item's frame can only be customized by Cyrus.

In Happy Home Paradise, this item is unlocked for use in designing when doing a vacation home request for Del, Elvis, Grizzly, Julian, Knox, Muffy, Pierce, Rowan, and Samson.

In the designing process of Happy Home Paradise, Elvis and Grizzly require this item to be placed in or outside their vacation home. This item is also required as one of the chairs for the dining hall at the café, as one of the chairs for the waiting area at the hospital, as one of the chairs for the dining hall at the restaurant, and as one of the chairs for the classroom at the school.

After unlocking this item in Happy Home Paradise, the item can be purchased from Wardell's catalog.
