"Counting On" is a Sesame Street song from Episode 5320.
Through song, Count von Count teaches Elmo and Grover that when counting a group of things and you lose your place, simply count on from where you left off instead of starting over. He applies the lesson when Grover needs help tracking the many cats he's the guardian of. The song is reprised throughout the street story.
