NCC-1335 was the registry number of a Constitution-class (Enterprise-subclass) heavy cruiser starship in service to Starfleet in the late 23rd century.

In 2285, the vessel was a part of the Federation fleet led by the USS Christopher Pike to stop an invasion from the Mirror Universe, but greeted the USS Excelsior instead. The vessel escorted the Excelsior to Spacedock. (TOS - The Mirror Universe Saga comic: "Homecoming...")
