Benjamin Sisko was known to prepare Hungarian foods, such as chicken paprikash, but only when he was in the mood. (DS9 episode: "Family Business")

The Federation starships named USS Budapest were named after the capital city of Hungary, Budapest. (TNG movie: Star Trek: First Contact)

Kelvin timeline[]

In 1992, Hungary was annexed into the European Territories by Augment John Ericssen, and by 1996 became part of his expanded Pax Europa before Ericssen was overthrown. (TOS - Khan comics: "Issue 2", "Issue 3")

Though unlabeled, Earth maps in these issues denoted Hungary's borders.
