Synopsis for 1st story
The clash breaks out between the superheroes and the two remaining gangs. After talking to the man who shot him, Lapide discovers that he was a government agent ended up under Masque's control by magic, and that the government is more concerned about Janice's activities than his own.. Not wanting Janice to become like him, he knocks her out, so that he becomes the supreme boss.
