Description[]

Red Fire is a medium-sized kart. Mario's red M logo is located on the front of the kart and on the center of all four wheels. The colors alternate between red and blue, red being the dormant color in the same manner green is the dormant color on Luigi's Green Fire.

In Mario Kart: Double Dash!![]

It is classified as a mediumweight kart with balanced stats. By default, if Mario is selected as the player's first character, the Red Fire is selected alongside him, unless a heavy character is the second character. This kart is considered to be the perfect choice for beginner players. The Red Fire has the same stats as the Waluigi Racer, but is a bit slower at recovering from flipping over.

The Red Fire makes a cameo appearance as a sticker, depicting its artwork from Mario Kart: Double Dash!!. It can only be used by either Mario, Luigi, Yoshi, Princess Peach, or Bowser, and doing so increases their flame attack by 26.
