FAQ: Orders & Shipping
Preorders will ship in three phases:
Phase 1: PDF
You will receive an email which will include a DrivethruRPG link. This link will automatically add the PDF to your cart. Please check out and download the file. The file will be available ongoing in your DrivethruRPG library after.
*Please note that until the PDF is completed, the DrivethruRPG file will only be a placeholder. Once the PDF is complete, that file will become the PDF.
Phase 2: Digital Products (ETA Summer 2024)
You will receive an email which will include a Demiplane NEXUS Unlock Code. Follow the instructions in the email to add your content to your NEXUS library.
*Please note that until the NEXUS version is completed, this title in your library will only be a placeholder. Once the NEXUS version is complete, you will be able to access it in your library.

Phase 3: Physical Products (ETA Fall 2024)
Customers will be shipped the physical products in their order in a single package, including Uncle Iroh’s Adventure Guide and the Dice Tray.
*Please note that any non-preorder items (including bundle items) that are purchased in the same order as your preorder will ship during Phase 3.
Orders containing preorder items will all ship at the same time during the Physical Products phase of shipping.
If you choose to purchase additional items with your preorder, those additional items will ship with your preorder physical copies.
If you wish to receive any items ahead of your preorder, please place two separate orders.
Address changes on late preorders will only be accepted until October 7, 2024. We will not be responsible for packages delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address. You can change the address on your order here.
