When I go to Application support, I can't find a PixelOver folder.

Hi! I just downloaded the prerelease version for Mac. When I try to open the program I get a message saying that "pixelover quit unexpectedly, would you like to reopen?" Whenever I try to reopen I get into this loop where I immediately get the same pop up over and over again.

Is there a solution for this?

Ive tried to install the "extension" to import fbx, but it doesnt seem to work for me. any details on how to install?
