I sent an Email on Wed, Jul 17, 9:01 AM (timestamp copied from the email) about my purchase of t.i.t.s.
The purchase went through but I never received it.
I sent a picture of my purchase going through, a picture of the error message I got, and a picture of the confirmation email from my payment card.
It's August. I have not gotten a response.
Why did I not receive the product?
Could someone respond to the email please?
I'm commenting here because the email was never replied to, I never received the t.i.t.s., and I did not get refunded for the purchase.
I need a staff member. Please.
