This Website Privacy Policy applies to information about you that Image Comics, Inc. (“Image,” “we,” or “us”), may obtain about visitors to www.imagecomics.com/(the “Site”). With respect to information about Site visitors, this Privacy Policy also describes how we may collect, use, and share information we obtain about them through the Site; the choices Site visitors have regarding our use of information we obtain about them through the Site; the ways in which we safeguard the information we collect; and how to contact us regarding our privacy practices.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to www.subscriptions.imagecomics.com/,www.imagedirect.imagecomics.com, or any other website related to Image Direct, as these websites are managed by a third party, Discount Comic Book Service(DCBS).
Information You Provide
We obtain information that you provide to us directly through the Site, which may include personal information such as your name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, or other personally identifying information you choose to provide us. We also collect information from you when you seek to contact us, register for an event or hands-on training, or otherwise fill out online forms on the Site.
We may obtain personal information from you when you choose to email us, whether for general contact reasons or to submit original ideas to us as per our Submissionsprogram. Personal information in such emails may include name, e-mail address, address, phone, fax numbers, and information provided in your cover letter, story arc synopsis, art pages, cover art, and in the body of the email you send. As Submissions are facilitated via email and not collected through the Site, personal information you provide in your emails to us are not subject to this Privacy Policy.
Information Collected Automatically
In addition to information you submit to us, we may collect certain information using automated tools such as cookies, web beacons, and web server logs (collectively “Tracking Technologies”). The types of information we collect automatically may include IP addresses, device identifiers, browser characteristics, operating system details, language preferences, referring URLs, timing and length of visits, and pages viewed.

Sweepstakes, Contests and Promotions
We may offer sweepstakes, contests, and other promotions (each, a “Promotion”), including Promotions jointly sponsored or offered by third parties, which may require submitting personal information. If you voluntarily choose to enter a Promotion, your information, including personal information, may be disclosed to Image, co-sponsors, service providers, and other third parties, including for administrative purposes and as required by law (e.g., on a winners list).
