Oleg Penkovsky
Oleg Vladimirovich Penkovsky (bahasa Rusia: Оле́г Влади́мирович Пенько́вский; 23 April 1919 – 16 Mei 1963), bernama kode HERO,[1] adalah seorang kolonel intelijensi militer (GRU) Uni Soviet pada akhir 1950an dan awal 1960an. Penkovsky dikenal karena memberitahukan Britania Raya soal penempatan misil-misil Soviet di Kuba
