The Organization Without a Cool Acronym, called also simply The Agency or O.W.C.A, is an organization of secret agents animal, derived by the former commander, Colonel Contraction, with the best agent is Perry the Platypus, and this organization apars in Phineas and Ferb franchise and its spinof, Milo Murphy's Law.
Background[]
Their main goal would be stopping mad scientists from carrying out their diabolical plans. While the leadership is human, all of the Agency's agents appear to be animals, with two known exceptions: Norm, who was fired shortly after entering, and Planty the Potted Plant. The way into their base is simple, for the agents of course, and sometimes while they're comedic like the show, sometimes they're dealing with real menaces, like the Rigurgitator or Dennis the Bunny. Even Major Monogram doesn't know why most agents are animals. However, his son Monty Monogram, had attended an unknown school, but under the name of H.S.W.C.A. or High School Without a Cool Acronym ("Minor Monogram").
