Design[]
Grand Theft Auto: London 1961[]
The Big Bends is a sports car based on the Mercedes-Benz 300SL. The vehicle comes with an open top and a curved rear.
Performance[]
Grand Theft Auto: London 1961[]
As expected from a sports car-based vehicle, the Big Bends performs relatively well on the road. With an excellent top speed, and above average acceleration and braking, on par with the Ferocious 250. However, the car has poorer grip and handling, and the base export value of the car is average, with only £800 (mint condition), lower than that of the Ferocious 250.
Trivia[]
- The name itself may reference three different subject matters: The Mercedes-Benz name, sexual references similar to the Bentover's (a bent penis or the act of bending over), and the Big Ben, a clock tower and famous tourist attraction in London.
- The Big Bends assumes the car ID of GTA London 1969's MC Hamper (#72).[1]
