These changes will alter the github action to produce multi-arch (amd64, arm6, arm7, and arm64) docker images for every github 'release' of this repo.

Thanks for the merge @lekpamartin! Would it be possible for you to create the necessary github actions secrets for DOCKER_USERNAME & DOCKER_PASSWORD, followed by the creation of a new github release (maybe something semver like 1.0.0) to trigger a build and publish of the multi-arch container image?
