I drove through a small snow storm with fingers crossed the weather would break as all the forecasts had shown - initially it looked bleak, but then the skies opened up and I had a good weather.
Over London the Sahara sand whipped up by recent storms turned the sun orange and the afternoon really dark.
For me, who live by the sea, spring and autumn are the best times to take long, solitary but pleasant walks. Collect shells and treasures brought by the sea. And if the sea breeze is still fresh, there is always the sun.

Sun Moon Lake is a lake in Yuchi Township, Nantou County, Taiwan. It is the largest body of water in Taiwan. The area around the lake is home to the Thao tribe, one of aboriginal tribes of Taiwan. Sun Moon Lake surrounds a tiny island called Lalu. The east side of the lake resembles a sun while the west side resembles a moon, hence the name.

North Sea Coast- This beautiful Work of Art consists of 160 Poles from six to twelve meters in length. The Poles are in the form of ten Houses and a Church. It is a reminder of Old Petten, which was flooded by the Sea, a long time ago.
Another glorious day winds down at Olympic National Park's Rialto Beach. Who doesn't love the surges and sounds of the surf.....

This was the sun last evening here in Baltimore, Maryland on the east coast of the USA ... smoke from the fires out on the west coast has drifted here to the eastern side of the country in the upper atmosphere.
