Plegian War Axe

Plegian War Axe (Japanese: ペレジアの将の大斧 Plegian general's great axe) is a weapon skill in the axe category which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; it is a personal weapon of the Mustafa. When its user is near an ally, Plegian War Axe boosts that stats and prevents follow-up attacks from the foes of the user and their nearby allies; and when its user is near an ally or initiates combat, it boosts its user's stats and guarantees them a follow-up attack.
