Attack/Speed Catch

Attack/Speed Catch (Japanese: 攻撃速さの機先 Attack/Speed delay) is a four-tiered passive type A skill which debuted in Fire Emblem Heroes; the individual tiers of the skill are Atk/Spd Catch 1, Atk/Spd Catch 2, Atk/Spd Catch 3, and Atk/Spd Catch 4 in order from lowest to highest. Atk/Spd Catch boosts its user's attack and speed when the foe has full HP or any active penalties; the fourth tier provides an additional boost if both criteria are active at once.
