Radiant Blast in Dissidia Final Fantasy NT.
Shine Blast (シャインブラスト, Shain Burasuto?), also known as Luminous Blast and Radiant Blast, is a recurring ability in the Final Fantasy series. It is an ability used by Cecil Harvey while in Paladin form. It is based on Cecil's critical hit animation in the 3D version of Final Fantasy IV.
