Samuel Henry John "Sam" Worthington (s. 2. elokuuta 1976 Godalming, Surrey) on australialainen näyttelijä.[1][2] Hänet tunnetaan parhaiten Jake Sullyn roolista Avatar-sarjassa, Marcus Wrightin roolista elokuvassa Terminator – Pelastus ja Perseuksen roolista elokuvassa Titaanien taistelu ja sen jatko-osassa Wrath of the Titans. Hän on näytellyt myös dramaattisempia rooleja esiintyen elokuvissa The Debt (2010), Everest (2015), Hacksaw Ridge – aseeton sotilas (2016), The Shack (2017), Manhunt: Unabomber (2017) ja Fractured (2019).
Worthington on myös ääninäytellyt Call of Duty: Black Ops -videopelissä CIA-agentti Alex Masonia.
