Shanath Breeders is a location, an outpost within southern Kyrat in Far Cry 4 at coordinates (X:379.3,Y:537.9).
Despite being in the south of Kyrat, if you throw Baits, Snow Leopards still can come here, allowing you to craft Heavy Ammo Bag and Explosives Bag before unlocking the north.
Liberating the outpost unlock the Kyrat Fashion Week quest for Karkadann, the rare rhinoceros, whose skin allows you to craft the final level of Heavy Ammo Bag.
