A lethal assassin from a tale of espers and humans, told in a distant world—his face and true identity cloaked in darkness. So cold that it is said he would kill even his best friend for a price, he counts his loyal canine partner Interceptor as his only true friend. He joins Locke and his companions for a time, only to disappear as soon as his debt is paid. - Shadow has a variation: Assassin Shadow.
- In the Japanese version, Assassin Shadow received his Ability Awakenings prior to the release of the Neo Vision era. This was not made available in the Global version prior to the release of the era, thus all his fully awakened abilities and latent abilities were integrated with his awakening in the Global version.
