Africa boyz created a promotional draft for Draft:Icepondis, Joshua created Icepondis. Both were apparently caught in the same proxy block (see both their talk pages, but there was no block), as a side note Africa boyz is the name of the record label so has a username issue, its not a case of they abandoned that account as both accounts were active at the same time. • They are all operating on some very busy ranges, which all geolocate to the same city. As such, they're all  Possible to each other, and I'd say that Africa boyz is  Likely to Joshua igbala, and that Icebeat123 is likely to Isaiah112; Icepondis doesn't have any technical connection to the others aside from the geolocation. • I've blocked all the unblocked accounts and tagged the master and the others as suspected. I don't think it's worthwhile to distinguish between the levels of technical connection among them.
