Yes, it's also a copy of 131 or so other files (look at the list of "File links" at the bottom of the page) - this is an image placeholder for file names that are prone to overwriting and vandalism. • First, this was discussed years ago at File talk:Zhovtnevaya.jpg but I think image policy is a little bit stricter now. Basically, as noted then, this is a good image of how the station looked in 1970 but there isn't really anything substantively different from the free image File:Beresteyska.jpg so it doesn't seem like it's omission would be detrimental at all. • Fails WP:NFCC#1 as a free equivalent could be created and while it's useful for showing the types of sticks used, I'm not sure it's that significant to the readers' understanding. The article Nguni stick fighting mentions that there is some modern stickfighting still in use (and mentions some current documentary) so again, I think there could be a free equivalent created. • I can't put my finger on it exact but this is just odd. There is no mention at Zoosadism about the Forensic Nurse questionnaire (other than the external link) and I don't really think its usage is other than being purely illustrative. Ricky81682 (talk) 11:57, 9 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article is one about animal abuse and cruelty. The image is a diagnostic questionnaire published by "Forensic Nurse" in their article "Four-legged Forensics: What Forensic Nurses Need to Know and Do About Animal Cruelty", covering the diagnostic signs of animal abuse. The content informs as to the approach that professionals have identified in relation to identifying zoosadism. It's self-explanatory and doesn't need textual repetition. As presented in the article the quoted text appears to be something they disseminate and the red styling does not seem to be a major feature for copyright purposes.

As I said there, it is a historical logo (which is encyclopedic), and it is on Wikipedia under a free license; there is no reason to delete it (in fact, it has been tagged for a Commons move for a long time). • At Boris Yefimov, it's just being used in a gallery, as illustration only and no commentary at all. At Aryan_race#Nazism, while the caption does mention that not everyone agreed with the Nazis about the Aryan race, there is no indication that this particular poster is of any real significance other than the blanket statement that it "counters Nazi propaganda." The building was according to the article built in the 14th century. It was reconstructed in the early 20th century. Are you saying that the architect from the 14th century still holds the copyright to the buildings design or are you saying that similar rights exists for the reconstruction?
