Mccapra tagged this for notability a couple of months ago. I think it's a borderline failure of WP:CREATIVE, the only independent, significant coverage (that I can access, a couple of the links are broken) is a local story about her wedding. Delete I could not find anything on her in RS. I don't see how this could be borderline... it's a clear case of promotion where no notability exists. This is also a case of WP:TOOSOON.ThatMontrealIP (talk) 00:34, 5 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete The 2007 article^WebCite from the BBC discusses Jessica Emmett's family background and her short film Row Your Boat that was featured in the Exodus Shorts film festival in Manchester. It is a solid source. There is also this 2011 article^WebCite in Banbury Guardian, which provides more biographical background. I could not find more significant coverage so I am very weakly supporting deletion.
