[edit]Hi, I hope Special:Permalink/849795002#Fullmetal Alchemist didn't come off as offensive; it certainly wasn't meant like that. Obviously such working paper versions of a paper are better than nothing - I was just expressing my hope that the user goes for the published version when citing to it in the article and thought I could incentivize that by sending it directly to them (so they don't have to bother you again) :). (As it turns out, the attempt to improve the quality of the citation was in vain ...) Best, — Pajz (talk) 19:51, 11 July 2018 (UTC)
- @Pajz: Eh it's fine. At the time, I couldn't access a pagiated copy of JSTOR since my access to it was down. Plus, the following request I just filled had a paged copy available. :) --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 19:53, 11 July 2018 (UTC)

[edit]...for the barnstar. Unfortunately I don't personally have a copy of Scapolo's book – it's in the British Library, and I get to go there about once a year. Merry Christmas!
[edit]BOZ (talk) is wishing you a Merry Christmas! This greeting (and season) promotes WikiLove and hopefully this note has made your day a little better. Spread the WikiLove by wishing another user a Merry Christmas, whether it be someone you have had disagreements with in the past, a good friend, or just some random person. Don't eat yellow snow!
Spread the holiday cheer by adding {{subst:User:Flaming/MC2008}} to their talk page with a friendly message.
I'm wishing you a Merry Christmas, because that is what I celebrate. If you don't like Christmas or just don't celebrate it in any of its forms, then please accept a generic "Happy Holidays". If you celebrate no holidays at this time of year, then hopefully you will be satisfied with an even more generic "Season's Greetings". :) BOZ (talk) 15:41, 22 December 2018 (UTC)

- @Ipigott: Wow. You've went above and beyond for that one! If you want, I can generate a list of Canadian women employed by Air Canada, Canadian Airlines International, Canadian Armed Forces and Transport Canada. There's also a list of first women pilots in Canada but not all of them are in the bush pilots book due to the author not being able to locate them. Would you want any of these lists to work through? I can make these lists for Women in Red and link you the ones you're specifically interested in :) --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 19:10, 27 December 2018 (UTC)
- Canada is only one of "my countries". I lived in the Montreal area from 1968 to 1973. The other countries in which I have lived and have close contacts with are France, Austria, Spain, Luxembourg and Denmark. As a former official of the European Commission (1973–2006), I have also had professional contacts with all the EU countries. Most of the articles I have created over the last four or five years are related to the Scandinavian countries, especially women's biographies, as there are not too many editors who are fluent in the Scandinavian languages.
