Hi there. Saw your comment on the Phabricator ticket about Brill online. If you're subscribed to that ticket, you will have seen my reply, but if you're not, I'll mention here that although the Codices Vossiani Latini Online project is not currently available for WP Library readers, the full text of the printed catalogue is available; the catalogue of folio mss. is here, and the one you're interested in, Voss. Lat. F4, is described on pp. 6–9. Of course, that won't satisfy you if you want to see the scan of the manuscript itself, but if you're simply looking for codicological and bibliographical information, it might be sufficient.
