Removal of talk contents

I noticed on RaptorR3d's talk page, you warned him(/her?) not to remove content from a talk page after he/she removed my warning. In this case, you are half-right; I'll quote from Wikipedia:Talk page guidelines#User talk pages

Users may freely remove comments from their own talk pages, though archiving is preferred. They may also remove some content in archiving. The removal of a warning is taken as evidence that the warning has been read by the user. This specifically includes both registered and anonymous users.

You also may wish to read Wikipedia:Don't restore removed comments, as there are a few exceptions, and it spells out that continued restoration can be considered harassment or violation of 3RR. While I don't want to make it seem like I undercut you, I did mention it on RaptoR3d's talk page as well. Cheers! bahamut0013 ♠♣ 21:57, 1 August 2008 (UTC)

Need help on CSL Regina#Sinking

Tickhill Castle

I answered on the talk page, but i'll post here anyway; A private home was built on the land in the 17th century; that house is currently classified as the castle since it contains lots of remaining chunks of the old one, such as the 11th century gatehouse. Ironho lds 01:59, 10 August 2008 (UTC)

Operation Strikeback

With reference to your revert, I refer you to MOS:UNLINKYEARS

Date elements that do not contain both a day number and a month should not generally be linked; for example, solitary months, solitary days of the week, solitary years, decades, centuries, and month and year combinations.

Additionally, supersede is the correct spelling. There is an argument that it is misspelt with -cede so much, that supercede is an acceptable alternative. However, -sede is still the only correct version listed by the more authoritative sources.
