I'm Marc, and I've decided to put my unstoppable talent for spotting spelling and grammar problems to good use.

I also thought I should contribute something new, having some knowledge of:

• Countless items of random trivia that my brain seems to spend most of its time collecting.

I hope that I can add useful information to a resource that's frequently been of benefit to me, even if it's limited to translating the work of others, or adding coordinates to anything that moves doesn't move.

I'm more of a fixer than a creator here, but I have added some new pages, listed below for simplified tracking:

• Bremen City Hall: a translation from the German Wikipedia's Bremer Rathaus.
• Bremen Roland: another, related translation; technically, still in progress.
• José de Guimarães: a Portuguese artist who made tiles for the Berlin U-Bahn.
• Jacobsthal number: completing the named Lucas sequence articles.
• Ernst Jacobsthal: the mathematician who gave his name to the Jacobsthal numbers.

• Pontycymmer → Pontycymer: an alternative spelling that I personally don't use.
• Innsbrucker Platz (Berlin U-Bahn) → Innsbrucker Platz: more of a placeholder in case the target article becomes solely about the square, but also for consistency with other U-Bahn station articles, which generally end " (Berlin U-Bahn)".
• Rathaus Spandau (Berlin U-Bahn) → Rathaus Spandau: similar reason to the above.
• Jacobsthal numbers → Jacobsthal number: plural form is perhaps just as likely in a search.

• Proofreader needed: a template to draw attention to the need for proofreading an article.
• Berlin U-Bahn lines: a template to add to the bottom of Berlin U-Bahn line articles (such as U9 (Berlin U-Bahn)) with links to the other lines.

• Wikipedia:Translation wiki-ad: currently displayed at the top of this page.

• Killer Instinct: first accountable edit - a typo fix and minor copy edit.
• Saint Thomas Church (Strasbourg): the first translation for Wikipedia - from Thomaskirche (Straßburg).
• Henry's law versus Raoult's law: first new information added - clarification and expansion of existing section.
• Bremen City Hall: the first page I brought into existence - another translation, from de:Bremer Rathaus.
• Template:Proofreader needed: the first template I thought could be useful; used to potentially recruit proofreaders.

• Sandbox 1: Main article under construction (Berlin U-Bahn).
• Sandbox 2: Second article / experiment (part 1 of expt. re. service).
• Sandbox 3: Experiment extension (part 2 of expt. re. service).
