As shown here, WWE's Bad Blood and UFC 307 are airing on the same day, but they're owned by the same parent company. However, WWE's will start earlier to avoid clashing with each other. Imperial meter (talk) 01:54, 1 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Imperial meter Good day. First of all not all sourced content is unclassifiable unless they are important and relevant. Secondly even they are both owned by the same parent company they are two differently business units same as we dont state info on two different shows that produce by the same channel such as Netflick or two different products owned by the same company as they are not relevant to the article. Removed on WWE page - Not relevant - Both are different event and Wikipedia is English language Wikipedia which means the reader/viewer are from the entire world and not just the Americans or who reside in US. Cassiopeia talk 21:57, 11 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Cassiopeia chiming in since I've had to re-add it back on the WWE page. Your statement seems to make claim that this is only relevant to those in the US. That is false because these events are broadcast worldwide so it affects viewers worldwide. Granted, it's not as relevant to this page to include in the lead as the WWE event's time does not affect this UFC event, although a mention in the background here is perfectly fine. On the WWE page, however, this UFC event has affected the start time of WWE's event (which again, affects its broadcast worldwide, not just the US). JDC808 ♫ 05:44, 18 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

JDC808 Good day. What I meant was English Wikipedia readers/viewers are from the entire world and not just for those who reside in US or for US citizen in regardless are UFC, WWE, soccer premier league, Rugby Union 14, 20-20 cricket, Tour de France and all other events. Secondly, Many sports broadcast around the same time all the times. In addition, Wikipedia is not a schedule keeper for what time of what time zone the event is held/aired unless the time of the event is SO IMPORTANT that that effect the subject such as nuclear bomb went off on certain time which effect certain war strategy and whole empire collapses. As per Wikipedia date guidelines we state the local date this means if the event is held in US then we state the US date, if the event is held in Australia, we record the Australia local date which is one day ahead of US.
