This article was edited by an IP address in February 2017, changing the text to say that the official name of this place is ‘Dilijan’. No edit summary was made and no explanation of the change was offered. This meant the title of the article was inconsistent with the content. There is already an article on Dilijan. Following this a map was added showing Dilijan. I have restored the article to the form where title and content agree. If the article is wrong it should perhaps be deleted or redirected to Dilijan but there needs to be an explanation of what’s happening and not just an unexplained fundamental change to the text.
