Controversy

[edit]

A lawyer was fined for contempt after accusing Nazario of issuing a ruling based on other considerations.

The first controversy concerns her husband, not her, and belongs in his article, if and when he gets one. The second controversy doesn't sound so much like a controversy, just one defendant's disagreement with a judgement against him. It seems like the whole controversy section is a NPOV attempt to make her look bad. So I'm removing it. xschm (talk) 14:26, 25 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Death of Rod Nazario

[edit]

I edited this, so that the details are input like in other Wiki bios. Born in San Miguel, Bulacan, Justice Chico-Nazario was the first female justice in the Sandiganbayan and its first female presiding justice. Her late husband, businessman Rodolfo Nazario, died of lung cancer in September 24, 2009, he was seventy-four years old. She is the mother of three children: Rhoderick and Elaine; Rommelious and Joy; and Karen Patricia and Alain; and their grandchildren Joaquim, Lucas, Annika, Andrea, Alix, Axelle, Bianca, Sophia, Paula, and Carla.[1] This is the official Supreme Court news.--124.106.81.204 (talk) 05:25, 30 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
