Hello there,

I have been trying to edit the article and esp. expand the bibliography. There seems to be some confusion concerning J.V.'s own publications: after searching the "British Copac" (Joint Catalogue) it appears to me that he planned the treatise on drawing to contain three parts, and what is currently mentioned in the article as a seperate treatise was one of the projected parts of the other; but catalogue entries, and details like dates and page numbers have not become clear to me. I am neither a (trained) art historian, nor British, so perhaps someone with expert knowledge could look into the matter and clear up this chapter.
