Channel 31 has no relevance to anything. I first discovered its existance tonight whilst looking up information on Austen Tayshus. It does not warant a Wikipedia page. It is a non event. It serves only to justify the existtence of a small group of nobodies who would have disappeared had it not been for the Internet. Australians have no memory of this channel 31. My earlier comment on the Thunderdirds was judged as sabotage, but truth be known, thats the best you can expect when it comes to Channel 31 & Australia.
